Aaronn Wilson is a Spirit Awakening Foundation program graduate, Facilitating Artist and Peer Mentor. Aaronn is a writer, film enthusiast and most importantly a youth activist. After experiencing the criminal justice system at seventeen, when he was tried as an adult, Aaronn felt it a necessity to give back. Spirit Awakening Foundation has not only given him an outlet, it has also helped him to improve himself, by digging deep into and dealing with issues that he had hidden from my own consciousness.

Through the program's mind-expanding writing exercises, Aaronn found his confidence to spread his wings and fly with expression of vision and thought. With this newfound confidence, he enrolled into a program called ManifestWorks, which is the nonprofit that prepared him for the Production Coordinator job that is in progress.

He is proud to represent the magnificent organization that is Spirit Awakening Foundation.
